24hrscheckin acts as a facilitator and merely provides an online platform to the User to select and book a particular hotel. Hotels in this context includes all categories of accommodations such as hotels, home-stays, bed and breakfast stays, farm-houses and any other alternate accommodations.

All the information pertaining to the hotel including the category of the hotel, images, room type, amenities and facilities available at the hotel are as per the information provided by the hotel to 24hrscheckin. This information is for reference only. Any discrepancy that may exist between the website pictures and actual settings of the hotel shall be raised by the User with the hotel directly, and shall be resolved between the User and hotel. 24hrs checkin will have no responsibility in that process of resolution, and shall not take any liability for such discrepancies.

You may only use this website to make genuine and valid reservations or purchases. You may not use this website to make any fraudulent, false, illegal and exploratory reservation. You will be financially liable for all uses of this website. You will be responsible to keep your passwords, login and account information in confidentiality. You confirm and undertake that the registration data, information/data provided or uploaded onto the Website/ Application by the User: (a) shall not be false, inaccurate, misleading or incomplete; or (b) shall not be fraudulent or involve the use of counterfeit or stolen Credit Cards;

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 24hrscheckin, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, partners, consultants, licensors, agents, and representatives from any and all third party claims, losses, liability, damages, and/or costs (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising from your access to or use of Services, violation of these Terms of Use, or infringement, or infringement by any other user of his/her/its account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. 24hrscheckin will notify you promptly of any such claim, loss, liability, or demand, and in addition to your foregoing obligations, you agree to provide us with reasonable assistance, at your expense, in defending any such claim, loss, liability, damage, or cost.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will 24hrscheckin be liable to any person for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages of an type whatsoever related to or arising from this website or any use of this website or of any website or resource linked to, referenced or accessed through this website. This exclusion and waiver of liability applies to all causes of action, whether based in contract, warranty, tort or any other legal theories.

Hence 24hrscheckin does not guarantee the availability or quality of any services as it is listed by a Service Provider and the control lies with the service provider for listing and Managing of those services on 24hrscheckin Platform.

The hotel booking voucher which 24hrscheckin issues to a User is solely based on the information provided or updated by the hotel regarding the inventory availability. In no circumstances can 24hrscheckin be held liable for failure on part of a hotel to accommodate the User with a confirmed booking, the standard of service or any insufficiency in the services, or any other service related issues at the hotel. The liability of 24hrscheckin in case of denial of check-in by a hotel for any reason what-so-ever including over-booking, system or technical errors, or unavailability of rooms etc., will be limited to either providing a similar alternate accommodation at the discretion of 24hrscheckin (subject to availability at that time), or refunding the booking amount (to the extent paid) to the User. Any other service related issues should be directly resolved by the User with the hotel.

Hotels reserve the sole right of admission and 24hrscheckin has no say whatsoever in admission or denial for admission by the hotel. Unmarried or unrelated couples may not be allowed to check-in by some hotels as per their policies. Similarly, accommodation may be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at the time of check-in. Some hotels may also not allow local residents to check-in as guests. 24hrscheckin will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reasons or any other reason not under the control of 24hrscheckin. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USER

The User would be liable to make good any damage(s) caused by any act of him/ her/ or their accompanying guests (wilful / negligent) to the property of the hotel in any manner whatsoever. The extent and the amount of the damage so caused would be determined by the concerned hotel. 24hrscheckin would not, in any way, intervene in the same.

The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into the hotel.

The User has to be in possession of a valid identity proof and address proof, at the time of check-in. The hotel shall be within its rights to deny check-in to a User if a valid identity proof is not presented at the time of check-in.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES BY THE HOTEL

The booking amount paid by the User is only for stay at the hotel. Some bookings may include breakfast and/ or meals as confirmed at the time of booking. Any other services utilized by the User at the hotel, including laundry, room service, internet, telephone, extra food, drinks, beverages etc. shall be paid by the User directly to the hotel.

PAYMENT FOR BOOKINGS AND ANY ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS

Booking of a hotel will be at “PAY AT HOTEL” excluding the advance amount paid to the 24hrscheck in website and the respective hotel , for ex; if the room rent of hotel is Rs. 1000, the advance amount paid will be 10% to 24hrscheckin equal to Rs. 100 and 5% to the hotel which is equal to Rs.50, the balance Rs.850 has to be paid to the Hotel at the time of check in.

24hrscheckin on its website carry the advertisements and 3rd party links. As a facilitator 24hrscheckin is not responsible or liable for the correctness and accuracy of information available on such advertisement and the link and they are for information purpose only and 24hrscheckin management or employees will not take any responsibility for the content veracity and the risk involving in dealing with such advertisements and links.

Hotel Policy: 24hrscheckin is a facilitator for room booking of a particular hotel. The guest rules and behavior are as per the rules of the hotel which are either displayed on the website or explained at the time of check in. For example some hotels may allow pet animals, some may not. Some may provide extra bed for additional persons, some may not. So all these facilities are governed by the rules of individual hotels on which 24hrscheckin has no say, the guest has to follow the rules of the hotel meticulously.

Persons above 18 years only are requested to use this website for booking. At the time of checkin if the hotel authority finds that the person who has booked the room is below 18 they have every right not to provide the room and the advance money paid by the user, will not be refunded.

The 24hrscheckin mentions the tariff only for the room. Tariff for other services like laundry, beverages, restaurant expenses are extra which has to be paid by the user directly to the hotel.

While checking in to the concerned hotel, the user has to produce the ID either Aadhar card or any other required by the hotel management.

Hotel booking: The hotel booking can be made in 4 time slots of the day, i.e. a) 00 hours to 6 a.m.; b) 6.01 a.m. to 12 noon; c) 1201 noon to 6 p.m. and d) 6.01 p.m. to 1159 p.m. This has to be clearly mentioned at the time of booking. If the time slot has to be changed from the original time slot then at least 12 hours before the original time slot the hotel management has to be informed. As far as possible the hotel management will try to accommodate the second option if not the original time slot will be taken for check in time rules. For example if the user selected 6.01 a.m. to 12 noon slot in the first instance and he has not able to check in on the slot selected and if he has checked in at 2 p.m. then the check in time will start at 12 noon. Whereas if the user intimated the hotel management in advance then if the hotel management gives room at 2 'O'clock then the check in time starts at 2 p.m.

If the user selected a slot say between 6 a.m. and 12 noon and he has reached the hotel at 8 a.m. if the hotel management is unable to provide a room then the hotel management will have to provide facility for freshen up and whenever the room is given, then from that time the check in time starts. In this example the hotel management has given the room at 4 p.m. then the check in time starts at 4 p.m. instead of the morning 6 to 12 noon slot.

If the user wants to check in earlier from the slot he selected then depending upon the room availability hotel management may provide a room. In such case the check in starts at the early check in time. For example the user selected 12.01 noon to 6 p.m. slot whereas he wants to check in at 10 a.m. so if the room is provided then the check in time starts from 10 a.m. instead of 12 noon.

If the user cancels the room booked 24 hours before the check in time then the user will lose 5% of the advance amount paid to the hotel and he can use our website within a month of booking of the first date then 10% advance amount will not be collected from the user for the second booking. If it is more than a month then he has to forgo 10% advance amount paid to the website. For example the user booked a room in a hotel for Rs.1,000/- and he has paid Rs.100/- (10%) to the website and 5% to the hotel (Rs.50/-) and he has booked the room for 1.8.2025. On 30.7.2025 he cancelled the room booking online, then he will not get Rs.50/- paid to the hotel whereas Rs.100/- paid to the website will be considered if he books a room within a month, i.e. on or before 1.9.2025, in such case there is no need for him to pay 10% advance amount i.e. Rs.100/- to the website. If he books a room for 1.9.2025 then he will lose this 10% advance amount also and he has to book afresh. If there is any difference in the 10% advance amount between the first and the second booking the additional amount will be collected from the user. If it is less than the first room booked and the difference amount will not be refunded. For example if the first time a room is booked for Rs.1,000/- and the user has paid Rs.100/- towards website charges and Rs.50/- for hotel management. When he cancels the room Rs.50/- will not be refunded by the hotel. If he books another room for Rs.1,000/- within a month then there is no need for him to pay the 10% advance amount to the website.

Whereas in the second time if he books a room for Rs.2,000/- then he has to pay additional Rs.100/- towards the advance amount to the site, as 10% of Rs.2,000/- is Rs.200/- so the difference amount will be collected from the user.

In 3rd scenario, for the second time if the user books a room for Rs.800/- then will not get Rs.20/- additional amount paid in the first instance, because 10% of Rs.800/- is Rs.80/- but it will not be adjusted in the subsequent booking.

For security purposes, the User must provide 24hrscheckin with correct credit or debit card details in order to refund any amount either by the hotel or 24hrscheckin. For using the card different banks may charge different user charges which have to be borne by the user or customer. 24hrscheckin may cancel the booking at its sole discretion in case such bank or credit card details as provided by the User are found incorrect.

The user can give their opinion about the hotel in the remarks column only when they have stayed in that hotel using our platform. Without using our platform and without staying in hotel any review is made by the user, 24hrscheckin has every right to remove such reviews and photos from the user account without any notice to the user.

24hrscheckin will have absolutely no liability related to any User generated Content arising under intellectual property rights, libel, privacy, publicity, obscenity or other laws. 24hrscheckin also disclaims all liability with respect to the misuse, loss, modification or unavailability of any User generated Content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 24hrscheckin and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable under contract, tort, strict liability, negligence or any other legal or equitable theory with respect to the 24hrscheckin Service for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential loss or punitive damages, or any loss of or corruption of data, business opportunities, goodwill, reputation, profits or revenues caused by:

a. errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies on the information provided a. personal injury or property damage resulting from your use ; a. any unauthorized use ; a. any interruption or cessation ; a. any viruses or malicious code transmitted to or through the 24hrscheckin Service by any third party; a. any Content whether submitted by a User, including User’s use of Content; and/or a. the removal or unavailability of any Content.

Assignment

• You cannot assign or otherwise transfer the Terms of Use, or any rights granted hereunder to any third party. 24hrscheckin rights under the Terms of Use are freely transferable by 24hrscheckin to any third party without the requirement of seeking your consent.

Report Abuse and Grievance Redressal

• In the event you come across any abuse or violation of these Terms of Use or if you become aware of any objectionable Content on the 24hrscheckin Service or if you wish to report a grievance or concern regarding the 24hrscheckin Service, please provide/report a detailed description of your grievance to the Grievance Officer, who shall endeavour to redress the concern within 30 working days from the date of escalation.

• In compliance of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder and also in compliance of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the name and contact details of the Grievance Officer are given in the web site.

11. 24hrscheckin Refer and Earn Terms and Conditions

• “Domestic Hotel” shall mean accommodation, villa, homestay, hostel, apartment, resort, cottage, guest house, holiday home, BnB, camp, houseboat, lodge, palace, tree house etc. which are available for booking through the 24hrscheckin web site.

• 24hrscheckin Mobile Application” ( as and when it is introduced in the market) shall mean latest version of 24hrscheckin android or iOS based mobile application installed on the internet compatible Device of the User.

• 24hrscheckin does not accept responsibility for losses and additional expenses, due to delays or changes in air, train, ships or other services, missed connections, sicknesses, weather, strikes, quarantine or other causes, howsoever caused, and all such losses and expenses caused must be borne by the User.

• 24hrscheckin, may, at its discretion, modify any of the terms and/or conditions without any prior intimation. Modifications of these terms will be effective from the time they are updated in the Terms and Conditions section.

• Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the 24hrscehckin Parties harmless from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by the User

• 24hrscheckin is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms. 24hrscheckin decision will be final and binding on all the parties in case of these terms and conditions.

• 24hrscheckin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event.

• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this Referral Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad.

Booking modification

Any modification on existing reservation can be done only once and within a month that facility has to be utilized. When such modification is made 5% advance paid to the Hotel will not be refunded whereas the 10% advance paid to 24hrscheckin will be considered for next date of booking, provided the room accommodation is utilized within one month from the date of first check in date.

Due to delay in arrival of flight/train/bus or any other mode if the user wants to change the slot they can inform the hotel at least twelve hours before the first allotted slot. If room is available then the hotel can consider the revised slot for check in or else the hotel will continue with the original check in time for all purposes.

Right to cancel:

24hrscheckin has the right to cancel the booking in the following conditions:

a. If the check in is for unauthorized purpose.

b. Any Government or investigation approach 24hrscheckin to cancel the booking, then 24hrscheckin will cancel such bookings with or without the knowledge of the user, for which 24hrscheckin will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the user because of such cancellation.

If the hotel refused to provide accommodation to the user for reason on behavioural issues, health hazards, public safety, government orders etc neither the hotel nor 24hrscheckin will take any responsibility to compensate the user for the loss user incurred.

Information provided by the hotel about the hotel, rooms, services and the restaurant facilities are not verified by 24hrscheckin, user has to take all care to book with proper knowledge and if the things displayed on the website is not provided by the hotel then 24hrscheckin will not be held responsible for any deficit services and amenities provided by the hotel.

The user should return all appliances and inventories in good working condition and if there is any fault is noticed and hotel management ask for compensation it has to be paid by the user.

24hrschechin employee representative and promoters will not contact the user to get their credit/debit card details or any other financial details. User should be very vigilant while receiving such calls from any fake person and any financial loss will not be compensated by 24hrscheckin.

The privacy policy states the collection, use and protection of the personal information collected on this website. The User is requested to read individual privacy policy of concerned hotel.

Personal Information:

Personal information like name, address, email, telephone numbers, debit card numbers, credit card numbers, information about the travel and any other information that is shared by the User on the website which will be kept confidential as far as possible, which will not be revealed by 24hrscheckin for any commercial purpose.

Cookies may be used to collect certain promotional details. User has every right to accept or deny the cookies.

Privacy policy like other policies like Grievance polices will be changed from time to time with or without intimation to the user. Any modifications made in the policies because of which the User has any loss which will not be compensated by 24hrecheckin, so the User is advised to check the policy on regular basis.
